Team Teach

Team Teach Training. Level 1 and 2 (6 hour and 12 hour courses)

Training is always delivered following a training needs analysis, to ensure that training is pitched at a level to meet individual needs.

Team Teach thinking and application within schools and social care settings, advocates for “looking beyond the behaviour”, we aim to give staff the tools to pro-actively support behaviours of distress in a dignified, therapeutic and holistic manner.

The training focuses on verbal and non-verbal communication, on de-escalation of behaviours of distress and includes positive handling skills and if necessary – safe, effective and humane physical interventions, as a last resort.

Training is accredited by the Institute of Conflict Management and as senior Team Teach tutors, we are licensed to deliver training across the North West.

Training costs vary, depending upon the programme being taught, and the amount of staff in attendance. Please get in touch for a detailed quotation.

First Aid

We have trainers, who are trained to deliver 3 day First Aid at Work (FAW), as well as Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) and Basic Life Support (BLS)

We recognise the importance of delivering the best possible training, which is why all our first aid trainers work with regulatory bodies to deliver approved, and regulated training to ensure all their trainers to ensure the highest quality of first aid training.

All our training programmes are delivered with flexibility to meet service needs. This can be provided over a range of hours, in-house or at external venues and can also be conducted online to suit service requirements.
