FAQ’s

What should staff bring to training?

Staff need to bring an open mind, flexible attitude to learning and a smile 🙂 In addition to this we suggest a pen and sensible shoes, preferably trainers. High heels and sliders might look good but they are not practical when on a training course with a physical aspect.

How is training made covid safe?

Our trainers attempt to make everyone feel safe, welcome and included whilst maintaining social distancing where possible. We ensure training aids and equipment are sterile and disinfected between use. We respect each organisations individual risk assessments and will wear PPE when necessary and in close proximity to others. We understand that staff may still have anxieties around returning to the classroom, but be assured infection control procedures are maintained. Additional supplies of PPE are on hand in each training event.
